Membership is open to all and costs very little.
We encourage anyone to join who cares about the area and wishes to help ensure that any changes within it are beneficial. The larger the membership, the more influential the Amwell Society will be.

Membership rates (2024)
Standard Membership
£10.00 per year
Any person or organisation to whom the Society can reliably hand deliver its paper communications
Postal Membership
£15.00 per year
Any person or organisation to whom the Society needs to deliver its paper communications by post
Subscriptions run for the calendar year, except for first year subscriptions paid in September to December which also cover the whole of the following year. Renewals are due on 1st January annually.
Payment method
We prefer that members pay by Standing Order, Faster Payments, BACS or other form of bank transfer every 1st January. Standing Orders simplify paying your annual subscription and help to reduce the need for reminders.
Whatever payment method you choose, we ask that you include your name (first name initial, then a space then last name) as a reference, to allow us to match the payment against your membership form. We will give you a membership number which can be used as your reference for subsequent payments.
